Josh Dallas NAHS Charity Drive kickoff June 9!

The date is set! The launch for this year's Charity Drive to benefit NAHS Theater Dept. is set for June 9, 2014. I have some specific details for the benefit as well as what exactly the funds will be used for. First off, as stated before, for every $5.00 donated you will receive a Josh Dallas exclusive sticker! I have 48 total, so make sure you enter your donations quickly because stickers may go fast. In addition, for every $5.00 donated, you will be entered into a raffle to win a number of exclusive prizes! Most items are from Josh Dallas directly and he was kind enough to autograph some 8X10s and other great items! All the items will be posted over the next week and for every raffle ticket you receive for a $5 donation, you can decide into which item you want to enter your ticket into. I'm planning on running the drive for a couple weeks to ensure everyone has ample time to enter the raffle. Tyler Bliss, Executive Director of the NAFC Education Foundation, has sent me a message to clarify where the funds will be earmarked for, which is posted below.

"The NAHS Theatre Department was accepted to perform at the prestigious International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Nebraska this summer. Many of the students are having trouble paying for the expenses involved with this trip so these proceeds will help these students be able to still attend. They are still several thousand dollars away from their goal so these proceeds will be a wonderful help to the kids, no matthew what amount! Thanks for your hard work!"

I am excited to try and help a few of these students in their quest to participate in the festival and even a tiny donation will help (and could mean winning some great prizes!) Stay tuned for updated over the next week as we get ready for our June 9 kickoff!

Details emerge in Josh Dallas charity fundraiser!

Thank you for all being so patient as I work hard to gather all the items for our Josh Dallas New Albany High School (NAHS) Fundraiser. As I have stated, the main objective is to give away some cool items and raise money for the Theater Department of NAHS. As we move forward, all donations will be made via PayPal and, just as last time, 100% of the funds will be forwarded to the Education Foundation. There will be incentives for every $5.00 donated to the Foundation in the form of Josh Dallas stickers. There are 4 different stickers so a donation of $20 will get you the whole set! (Please be aware there are only 48 stickers total, so be sure to act quick once the Fundraiser goes live. Once all stickers are exhausted I will be unable to refund the donation.) But that's not all! We have a bunch of signed items from Josh, Ginnifer Goodwin, Lana Parrilla, Colin O'Donoghue, and Jennifer Morrison! Josh Dallas Charity Drive set to begin! 

Hi there! My name is Anthony Covino and this is the spot for all the information on how to donate to our upcoming Josh Dallas Charity Drive. In case you are a newcomer, Josh Dallas is the talented actor behind the role of Prince Charming on the highly successful ABC drama "Once Upon a Time." He can be found on twitter under the username @joshdallas. He has been very involved in supporting the New Albany High School Theater Department, the same department he was involved in when he attended the school. Last year we were able to generate $500 for the School which was earmarked for use by the Theater Department with the help of Executive Director of the NAFC Education Foundation Tyler Bliss. This year, we have even bigger prizes and more signed items with the hopes of raising more money. Details will be upcoming over the next couple of weeks.
